After a long and healthy sabbatical, the blog at the bog is back. This batch of spectacular photos is from this Fall's Cranberry Harvest. Our model, Cashton Russert McManus of Sprague Farm, is featured throughout.

This is a bog! Once completely flooded, it will turn bright red (see below) with the berries, which will later be coralled by the harvesters.

Father's Day weekend

This year I came home to Albemarle for Father's Day weekend and managed to pull off surprising my Dad. It was as much a treat for me, getting lots of time with my nephew Henry and seeing not only my Dad, but my bro & sis-in-law, MeeMaw, Rosie, Abbey, Sophie, & the Mom.

Wouldn't be a weekend with my Daddy without a little beach music & shaggin'.

The adorable Duxbury hat worn by Henry was a gift from Paul & Paula. He loves wearing it!

I'm so happy I got home to take this picture. You are two amazing Dad's and I love you both - Chowdah Head & Wicked Pissah - with all my heart. Henry, what a pair, now yours to share. Love you buddy.
