This year, Bill spent Thanksgiving up here, & I went home to our Albemarle Family. While we hated being apart, we each got to spend quality time with our extended families. As you can see here, both Henry and his GrandB share a favorite beverage.
The night before the big day we had Mary & Henry over for dinner. I'd just gotten in from the airport, and it was so nice to see my sister-in-law and nephew. Daddy Kevin came over for a quick hug and bite of Whispering Pines before heading out for the annual poker game. I love being home...
Thanksgiving Day neighbor Bruce came by to visit. We were all happy to see him, especially Rosie.
Thanksgiving Night with the Lisks & Garrisons. Jackson, Emerson, Henry, Sydney, and Jameson were so much fun! We all enjoyed each others' company, lots of delicious food, and most of all, laughing at the little ones.
The night after, John & Emily came to pick me up, and John couldn't leave without Banks bringing out the fishing pole.

While home, I was also able to attend Henry Boyce's baptism. After the service, the family enjoyed a lovely luncheon at Kev & Mary's home. It was a great day with family.
